Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Canada MedLaser is committed to providing this AI skin-analysis tool in a way that is accessible to people of all abilities, consistent with Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards.

What we aim for

We aim for this service to work with keyboard navigation and screen readers, maintain readable colour contrast, and describe images and interactive elements with meaningful text alternatives. Some parts of this tool — such as comparing a before/after photo or capturing a live selfie — are inherently visual; where that's the case, we aim to provide an equivalent way to reach the same information or outcome.

This is an ongoing effort

Accessibility is not a one-time fix. As this tool evolves, we review new features against these goals, but we don't claim full conformance today. If something doesn't work for you, we want to know so we can fix it.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier using this service, please contact Canada MedLaser — by phone, or in person at the clinic — we aim to respond in a timeframe consistent with AODA feedback requirements.
