Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026

1. What this service is

This tool lets you upload or capture a photo of your face and receive an AI-generated skin analysis, along with illustrative projections of how your skin may look in the future without treatment and how it may look after a treatment course offered by Canada MedLaser. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice or diagnosis, and does not guarantee any particular outcome. Any treatment decision should be made with a qualified provider, not on the basis of this tool alone.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service, and any photo you provide must be of yourself. By using this service, you confirm both of these are true.

3. Your photo and the results generated from it

You retain ownership of the photo you provide. By using this service, you grant Canada MedLaser and its AI service providers a limited license to process that photo solely to generate your analysis and the projected images described above. The AI-generated images and analysis produced for you are for your own personal, non-commercial use — you may view, save, and share them, but you may not use them to represent an endorsement by Canada MedLaser or to imply a guaranteed result for anyone else. See our biometric & AI image processing notice for how your photo and derived biometric data are collected, used, and retained.

4. AI-generated content has real limits

The analysis and images this service produces are generated by AI models and are approximations, not measurements — they can be inaccurate, can miss real skin conditions, and can depict outcomes that a real treatment would not actually achieve. Nothing this service generates should be relied on as a substitute for an in-person evaluation by a qualified provider.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this service to upload a photo of anyone other than yourself, to attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying models or software, or to use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

This service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canada MedLaser is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including any decision made in reliance on its output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use this service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms, or requests to access or delete your data, can be directed to Canada MedLaser — by phone, or in person at the clinic.
